Appointment of Director

Prestige Publishing Plc is pleased to announce the appointments of Ronald
Lowenthal and Simon Robinson as directors to the Company.  Mr Lowenthal and Mr
Robinson will take on the roles of Executive Directors.

In accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, the past and

Limited in 1995. Celtron Limited entered an administration order in 1998 and was
subsequently taken out of administration following a take-over by Orbtech
Limited in 1999. There was no criticism by a regulatory or statutory body.

Ronald Lowenthal was appointed to the board as non-executive chairman of
Kemtrade Limited in 1984. In 1985 Kemtrade Limited entered an administration
order in June 1992 and was taken out of administration following a take-over by
Admiral Leisure World Limited. There was no criticism by a regulatory or
statutory body.
