NWF GROUP ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
NWF Group plc, the diversified sales and distribution business, announces that
Alan Fulker has advised the Board of his intention to retire as Finance Director
at the end of August this year and to this end the Company is now actively
seeking his replacement.
The Board is committed to a policy of facilitating a smooth handover of key
executive responsibilities within the business and will be making a further
announcement as to Alan's successor in due course.
