                              DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Hot Group announces that it has received notification of dealings in ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") by certain of the Company's
directors.

Chairman and Chief Executive Tony Reeves and non-executive director Don Hanson
yesterday converted their outstanding loans to the Company into new Shares.
Total loans outstanding of #74,690 (including accrued interest to 30 May 2003)
were converted into, in aggregate, 622,417 new Shares at an agreed price of 12p
per Share, representing a premium of approximately 17.07 per cent. to the
closing middle market price per Share of 10.25 pence on 5 June 2003, the last
business day prior to this announcement.

Furthermore, Tony Reeves yesterday acquired in the market 110,000 Shares,
representing 0.24 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of
10p per Share.

These dealings in Shares relate to each director as follows:

Application has been made for the new Shares to be admitted to trading on the
