Changes in Directors shareholdings
Following the share capital increase that recently took place, the key directors
and supervisory board members' shareholdings have changed as follows :-
Allen Bohbot, Chairman of the Management Board, - 1,264,824 shares unchanged
from before the increase. Percentage holding of total issued shares is now 9.36%
Jack Kugler, Supervisory Board member, - 1,275,060 shares unchanged from before
the increase. Percentage holding of total issued shares is now 9.44%
Wayne Mowat, director; has increased his holding to 54,652 shares, representing
0.4% of total issued shares.
