Walmart to webcast Annual Meeting of Shareholders and its question and answer session with the investment community

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) will host its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, June 3, as well as its question and answer session with the investment community. A live webcast of both sessions will be available at stock.walmart.com. The shareholders meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. CDT and will conclude at approximately 11:00 a.m. CDT.

The question and answer session with the investment community, led by President and CEO Doug McMillon will begin at approximately 12:00 p.m. CDT and conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. CDT.
