SmileDirectClub Inc. (SDC) shares rose 21% to $10.12 after the company said it was launching a suite of oral care products available exclusively at Walmart's (WMT) U.S. stores and Walmart.com.
SmileDirectClub said its inaugural retail rollout at Walmart stores and its website includes an electric toothbrush and bright on, a premium teeth whitening system complete with LED light.
The company said that it will also introduce three additional new smile-enhancing products with Walmart, including toothpaste in whitening and sensitivity varieties, a water flosser, and smile spa, an ultrasonic UV cleaner.
Craig-Hallum Monday initiated SmileDirectClub at Buy with a price target of $20 a share.
