TOLEDO, Ohio, April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Welltower Inc. (NYSE: HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 of $0.87 per share. The dividend will be the company's 184^th consecutive quarterly payment, payable May 22, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 9, 2017.
