Welltower Inc. Declares Common Stock and Series I Preferred Stock Dividends

TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Welltower Inc. (NYSE: HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 of $0.87 per share. The dividend will be the company's 186^th consecutive quarterly payment, payable November 20, 2017, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2017. The Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Series I Cumulative Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock of $0.8125 per share, payable January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017.
