Other Events

On July 30, 2024, Vistra Corp. (the “Company” or “Vistra”) received its results from the PJM Capacity Auction for planning year 2025/2026. The Company cleared a total of 10,255 megawatts (MW) in the auction at a weighted average clearing price of $273.45 per megawatt-day.
