Rio de Janeiro, January 13, 2023 – Pursuant to Article 37, paragraph 2, of CVM Resolution No. 81/2022, Vale S.A. (“Vale”) informs that the expected date for its Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is April 28, 2023, in accordance with the Annual Calendar of Corporate Events disclosed by Vale.
