Women nationwide recommended Tyler as a top employer

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) was recently recognized by Forbes on its “America’s Best Employers for Women 2024” list. This marks the first time Tyler has been included on this list.

“I am proud to have our company recognized in this way. It signals that we have created and fostered an environment of inclusion, one of our six core company values,” remarked Lynn Moore, president and CEO at Tyler.

Honorees were selected from companies employing at least 1,000 people in the U.S. from all industry sectors. In collaboration with analytics firm Statista, Forbes based its selection on three criteria: the results of an independent survey of more than 150,000 women employed with the companies considered, public evaluations, and diversity among top executives and boards of directors.

As part of its efforts to foster inclusion, Tyler has established and grown several highly impactful employee resource groups, including the Women’s Leadership Network. The group was started in 2016 by Tyler’s Abby Diaz, chief legal officer, and Samantha Crosby, chief marketing officer. The network empowers women and their allies by championing opportunities and initiatives for career growth, advancement, and ongoing support.

“Recognition like this supports a genuine sense of belonging for women, especially important in the traditionally male-dominated technology industry,” states Diaz. “It fuels our motivation to keep iterating on these efforts and to showcase the value women bring to Tyler. Ultimately, when women at Tyler succeed, everyone at Tyler succeeds.”

Tyler was one of just 600 companies from various industries chosen for this designation.
