Tyler Connect is an excellent opportunity for users of Tyler products to learn about functionality, exchange ideas, and view highlights of future developments. The conference kicked off with an opening session featuring a welcome speech from San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro, followed by three days of more than 800 training sessions in 30 educational tracks. Many of the sessions included presentations and discussions on mobility, cloud solutions, paperless and citizen engagement initiatives.
In comments to clients during the opening session, Tyler Technologies President and Chief Executive Officer John S. Marr Jr. said, “The cloud, mobility, and going paperless are among today’s top priorities; however, Tyler’s long-term objective is for you to have an integrated, scalable, secure solution that runs on your premises or at one of our facilities. It’s critical that we, as your partner, deliver on those new opportunities within the Tyler applications that you use.”
Microsoft® was the platinum sponsor for the conference, with diamond and gold sponsorships by Paymentus and ExecuTime. In total, 41 preferred business partners and exhibitors participated.
Product tracks included classes for Eagle, Eden, EnerGov®, iasWorld®, Incode®, Infinite Visions®, Munis®, Odyssey®, Orion, Tyler Public Safety, Tyler SIS, Tyler Verify, Versatrans® and other Tyler products.
