(4)	The sales reported were executed under the Reporting Person's 10b5-1 trading plan, dated as of 3/10/2020.
(5)	Each share of Class B common stock is convertible into one share of Class A common stock at the option of the holder and has no expiration date.
(6)	On June 3, 2021, the stock broker inadvertently reported that the reporting person converted Class B common stock to Class A common stock to be sold under the reporting person's 10b5-1 plan. This conversion did not occur and previously acquired shares of Class A common stock was sold. As of June 3, 2021, the reporting person owned 15,300 shares of Class B common stock.
