On March 31, 2020, Target Corporation issued $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.250% Notes due 2025 (the “2025 Notes”) and $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.650% Notes due 2030 (together with the 2025 Notes, the “Notes”).
