The Stanley Works Board of Directors Elects Mike Bartone and Craig Douglas Corporate Executive Officers

NEW BRITAIN, Conn., July 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The Stanley Works (NYSE:SWK) announced today that Mike Bartone, Vice President of Corporate Tax, and Craig Douglas, Vice President and Treasurer, have been named Executive Officers of the Corporation.
