Shake Shack to Participate in September Investor Conferences

Shake Shack Inc. (“Shake Shack” or the “Company”) (NYSE: SHAK), today announced that Rob Lynch, Chief Executive Officer, and Katherine Fogertey, Chief Financial Officer, will be participating in the following investor conferences:

• On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, the Company will host a fireside chat at Goldman Sach’s 31st Annual Global Retailing Conference. The fireside chat will begin at 3:15 p.m. Eastern Time.

• On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, the Company will host a fireside chat at TD Cowen’s Sip, Snack and Scrub Summit. The fireside chat will begin at 1:25 p.m. Eastern Time.
