Shake Shack Inc. (“Shake Shack” or the “Company”) (NYSE:SHAK), today announced that the Company will participate in the following investor conferences:

• On Wednesday, November 15, 2017, the Company will be hosting a fireside chat at the Morgan Stanley Global Consumer & Retail Conference 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Times Square. The fireside chat will begin at 9:20 a.m. ET.
• On Wednesday, December 6, 2017, the Company will be hosting a fireside chat at the Barclays Eat, Sleep, Play – It’s All Discretionary Conference at Barclays in New York City. The fireside chat will begin at 9:15 a.m. ET.
