ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On July 18, 2018, Southern Copper Corporation (the “Company”) learned of the resignation of Mr. Daniel Muñiz Quintanilla as a member of the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Muñiz Quintanilla resigned to pursue other business and personal interests.
