This current report on Form 8-K/A updates information provided on a Form 8-K filed on December 1, 2016 in which Sprint Corporation reported the appointment of Pat Doyle to its Board of Directors. On December 8, 2016, the Board appointed Mr. Doyle to serve on both the Audit and Finance Committees. Mr. Doyle will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
