Range Announces Retirement of Steve Gray from the Board of Directors

RANGE RESOURCES CORPORATION (NYSE: RRC)

today announced that Steve Gray will retire from his position on Range’s Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2024.

Range Chairman, Greg Maxwell stated, “We want to express our gratitude to Steve for his dedicated service to Range.
