Explanation of Responses:
(1)	As a result of the pro rate distributions made by Andreessen Horowitz Fund II, L.P., as nominee, on August 4, 2020, the Rajaram Family Revocable Trust received 960 shares of the Company's Class A common stock, par value $0.00001 (Class A Common Stock).
(2)	These securities consist of 33,232 previously reported Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Each RSU represents Mr. Rajaram's right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock, subject to vesting.
