Item 5.02   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective July 1, 2019 Lawrence Ripsher will be leading a new initiative to develop and implement organizational tools that facilitate scaling and productivity and will assume the title of Senior Vice President, Platform & Tools, of Pinterest, Inc. (the "Company"). As a result, he will no longer serve as Senior Vice President, Product of the Company and will cease to be a Section 16 officer for purposes of federal securities laws.
