ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

Ovintiv Inc. (the “Corporation”) has fixed March 4, 2025 as the record date for the purpose of determining holders of the Corporation’s common stock entitled to receive notice of and to vote at an annual meeting of the Corporation’s stockholders, to be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025. The Notice of Meeting and Record Date is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
