The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, multiple award contract has a total potential value of $7.2 billion and will be carried out over the next ten years.

The ATSP4 program is contracted by the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) in McClellan, California and is designed to enable quick react contracting to facilitate technology transformation in Department of Defense systems. Northrop Grumman has been awarded contracts for previous iterations of this program since 1999.

"The ability to streamline the contracting approach and provide rapid access to Northrop Grumman's advanced technologies and engineering services are of great value to our customers."
