REDONDO BEACH, Calif., March 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- California's largest aerospace company, Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC), will highlight its significant economic and educational impact on the state during California Aerospace Week in Sacramento, March 23-24.

James Zortman, Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems' vice president of global logistics and operational support, will discuss the company's numerous facilities in the state, where some of the world's most advanced manned, unmanned, space and missile systems are built. As the state's largest aerospace company, Northrop Grumman's economic impact includes:

  • More than 25,000 employees and $2.5 billion in payroll in California;
  • More than $1.8 billion spent with over 4,000 California suppliers;
