Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, Matador Resources Company (the “Company”) will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 4, 2021 at 9:30 a.m., Central Daylight Time (the “Meeting”). During the Meeting, the Company will provide an update on its operations and 2021 outlook. The materials that the Company will reference during the Meeting have been posted on the Company’s website, www.matadorresources.com, on the Events and Presentations page under the Investor Relations tab.
