--Wireless infrastructure company Cellnex Telecom SA said it will buy Omtel, a Portuguese telecommunications tower company, in a deal valued at around EUR800 million, Reuters reported Thursday.
--Spain's Cellnex is buying Omtel from Altice Europe NV and a group of funds controlled by Morgan Stanley, the report said.
--Cellnex will make an initial payment of EUR300 million, with the rest due in 2027, the report said.
