Mercer Appoints Denise LaForte North American HR Transformation Practice Leader for its Talent business

Mercer today announced Denise LaForte joins its Talent business as North American HR Transformation Practice Leader. In her new role, Ms. LaForte will be responsible for leading the growth of the firm’s HR Transformation Practice by delivering integrated HR transformation solutions including HR strategy, HR service delivery, and broad strategic change management to improve the performance and outcomes of clients' HR functions. Additionally, she will work closely with Mercer’s Workday practice to link full scale implementation capabilities to these transformation solutions.

Ms. LaForte will be based in Chicago, reporting to Pat Tomlinson, Mercer’s North America Talent Business Leader.

Ms. LaForte has over twenty-eight years of broad-based consulting experience in Human Resources with deep expertise in HR assessment, strategy, process redesign, HR technology, organizational design and HR outsourcing. Prior to joining Mercer Ms. LaForte was with Towers Watson where she served as the US Central Division Talent Consulting Practice Leader.

Ms. LaForte holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA in HR Management from DePaul University.
