Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On September 6, 2017, the reporting person timely reported the sale of 19,700 shares, but inadvertently reported such sale as a sale by the reporting person directly, instead of indirectly through the reporting person's PAS Trust. Accordingly, the correct balance of shares held directly should be 41,096 and the correct balance of shares held indirectly through the PAS Trust should be 315,002.
