Pepper Group Selects Moody’s Analytics Issuance and Reporting Tools to Support Its Structured Finance Transactions

Moody’s Analytics announced today that its technology has been selected by Pepper Group, one of Australia’s leading issuers of securitised transactions. Pepper will use the Moody’s Analytics ABS System and ABSDiscloser tools to administer, report and provide enhanced disclosure on the entirety of its growing asset and mortgage backed securities program.

ABS System, the leading platform used by issuers of structured finance transactions, will provide infrastructure and further automation for Pepper’s securitisation business. ABSDiscloser will enable Pepper to provide third parties with easier access to performance information, deal documents and investor reports on Pepper’s securitisations, supporting information transparency and liquidity in Australia’s debt capital markets.
