Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

On July 10, 2017, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 22, 2017.
