Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

On July 13, 2015, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2015.
