--A class-action lawsuit in the Canadian province of Quebec claims McDonald's Corp. (MCD) Happy Meals violate provincial laws about advertising aimed at children, the BBC reported Tuesday.
--A court judge certified the lawsuit last week, the report said.
--The class is open to anyone who bought a McDonald's Happy Meal in Quebec since November 2013, the report said.
--McDonald's said they "do not believe this class action has merit," the report said.
