OAK BROOK, Ill., July 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, McDonald's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.81 per share of common stock payable on September 16, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2014.
