Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 25, 2016, Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”), a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp. with ordinary shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”), filed its interim report in respect of the six month period ended June 30, 2016 (the “2016 Interim Report”) with the SEHK. The 2016 Interim Report is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
