Lear Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lear Corporation [NYSE: LEA], a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2016.
