Optiv Security Bolsters Northeast Presence with Comm Solutions Acquisition

Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions, today announced that it has acquired Comm Solutions, a premier regional provider of enterprise-level security and networking technology, services and solutions. The transaction significantly strengthens Optiv’s local and regional sales and services delivery capabilities in the northeast, predominantly in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. As a result, companies in that region will have more local access to Optiv’s comprehensive suite of offerings to better plan, build and run successful cyber security programs. Comm Solutions will continue to operate as a standalone company until integration is complete in the second half of 2017. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
