RARITAN, N.J., July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ortho Clinical Diagnostics today announced that it was ranked higher than any other company for overall service performance by an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in the in vitro diagnostics industry.  The rankings were published in three IMV, Ltd. 2016 ServiceTrak™ reports, which are based on opinions of laboratory professionals working in U.S. hospitals representing more than 3,000 systems. Respondents were randomly distributed across the U.S., both geographically and by hospital size.

Ortho was rated #1 for overall service performance in all three ServiceTrak industry reports: Integrated Systems, Immunoassay Analyzers and Automated Chemistry Analyzers.  In addition to the overall #1 ranking, Ortho was rated #1 for OEM service engineer performance, overall clinical application specialists and OEM training program.
