Innovative Industrial Properties Declares Second Quarter 2024 Dividends

Q2 2024 Cash Dividend of $1.90 Per Common Share Equates to 4.4% Increase from Prior Quarter and an Annualized Dividend of $7.60 per Common Share

Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIP), the first and only real estate company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: IIPR) focused on the regulated U.S. cannabis industry, announced today that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2024 dividend of $1.90 per share of common stock, representing a 4.4% increase over IIP’s first quarter 2024 dividend of $1.82 per share of common stock. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $7.60 per common share.

“We are pleased to announce an increase in our quarterly common stock dividend, which continues our strong track record of increasing our dividend every year since our inception in 2016,” said Paul Smithers, President and Chief Executive Officer of IIP.

Additionally, IIP announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5625 per share of IIP’s 9.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.

The dividends are payable on July 15, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2024.
