Humana Invests in Livongo to Transform Diabetes Management

Consumer-focused technology and personalized coaching make it easier to live with chronic conditions

Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), a leading health and well-being company, and Livongo Health, the leading consumer digital health company focused on chronic conditions, announced today that Humana has made a strategic equity investment to support Livongo’s growth and to accelerate the launch of new products and services.

In the first phase of their partnership, Humana has made Livongo available to a select group of its members with successful results—delivering access to integrated diabetes management that combines consumer-focused technology with personalized coaching.
