Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) is in negotiations to buy network-products company Aruba Networks Inc. (ARUN), Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The potential transaction could be announced as soon as next week, one of the people told Bloomberg.
Aruba Networks shares recently traded up 25% to $22.98.
