Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) announced that its board of directors has approved a 20 percent increase in its quarterly dividend. The 2014 fourth quarter dividend of eighteen cents ($0.18) a share on the company’s common stock is payable on December 26, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2014.
