HOUSTON, Aug. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), ("Group 1" or the "Company"), an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per share for the second quarter of 2018. The dividend will be payable on September 18, 2018, to stockholders of record as of September 4, 2018.
