Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (“FCX”) issued a press release dated July 6, 2020, providing an update on its second-quarter 2020 operational and financial performance and ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
