The securities litigation law firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of purchasers of New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU) (“New Oriental” or the “Company”) American Depositary Shares (ADSs) during the period between September 27, 2016 through December 1, 2016, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
