Walt Disney Co. (DIS) Chief Executive Robert Iger's total compensation was valued at $47.5 million last year, down from $65.6 million the previous year.
The total included a small increase in base salary, while stock awards declined to $10.1 million from $35.4 million.
Disney has previously disclosed cuts to Mr. Iger's compensation. The company said in its proxy filing Friday that "in light of investor feedback, the Compensation Committee discussed with Mr. Iger, and he agreed to, adjustments" on "three separate occasions during and following fiscal 2019." Changes included a December elimination of a $5 million completion bonus.
