Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 25, 2021, Dell Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended January 29, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
