Curtiss-Wright Declares 11% Dividend Increase to $0.10 Per Share for Common Stock

Martin R. Benante, Chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE:CW), announced that today the Board of Directors declared a dividend of ten cents ($0.10) per share on Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable July 12, 2013 to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2013. This represents an 11% increase over the prior dividend of $0.09 per share.

"This dividend increase reflects our confidence in Curtiss-Wright's ability to continue to deliver solid revenue and profitability growth as we execute our strategic plan, as well as our solid balance sheet," Mr. Benante said.
