CVS Health Corp. (CVS) is in advanced talks to buy Omnicare Inc. (OCR), Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
An agreement could be reached as early as this week, Bloomberg reported.
Omnicare shares were recently up 5.3% to $99.63 in after-hours trading.
