The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) today announced the appointment of Nick Shears as President of Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM), effective immediately.
Nick was appointed interim President of CCM in September 2018. Prior to that, Nick held a series of important leadership roles at CCM throughout his 34 years with Carlisle, including Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Nick holds a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA from Penn State University.
Chris Koch, President and Chief Executive Officer said, "I am extremely pleased Nick will continue as President of CCM.
